  • First, please refer to the letter you received providing notice that your account was turned over to us for collections. It contains important legal disclosures and an explanation of your right to dispute your debt or have it verified.
  • Click on the Information for Consumers link to visit Ask Doctor Debt, an independent site where you can find straightforward answers to your credit and debt questions.
  • Our customer service agents are ready to help with any other questions you may have. Please have your account number available, and call us toll free at 800-472-2246.

ONLINE - If you prefer to manage your account online, click on the Make a Payment link. You may use a credit card or electronic check to schedule a payment plan or resolve your account - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

BY PHONE - If you would like to speak with one of our customer service representatives, please call toll free at 800-472-2246 from 8:00am to 7:00pm Central Time (Mon-Fri). We're happy to answer any questions you may have.

BY MAIL - We accept personal checks, money orders or certified checks by mail at Collection Center Inc., PO Box 1057, Bismarck, ND 58502.
